Return and Refund Policy – VOOOF

Thank you for shopping with VOOOF! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.


Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All original parts, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@vooof.com.

⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved:

  1. You’ll receive a prepaid UPS return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  2. Remove or cover any old shipping labels, especially hazardous materials markings.

  3. Affix the new label flatly on the package’s address side without covering edges or barcodes.

  4. Drop the package off at a UPS location (please confirm hours before visiting).


Restocking Fee

All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Return Center, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund (minus the $10 restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Note: If the returned item is incomplete, not in original condition, missing items, or not matching the expected quantity, a partial or no refund may be issued.

If you haven’t received your refund within 30 business days after approval, contact us at returns@vooof.com.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away — we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty or hygiene products)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
